People quoting multiple images can be a real pain - especially on mobile devices. A nice feature would be to display a quoted image as a click-able thumbnail. But that would mean just scaling down what could be a massive pic, which won't help load times. A simpler option could be to just change images in quote tags to URLs…

This would also cut down a lot of work for moderators on threads where quoting pics is not allowed!

We won't be modifying vBulletin in any serious way, including setting a specific forum option to enable or disable quoting images. If it's a forum rule, then come down hard on people who break it and that'll reduce your moderation needs pretty swiftly.

Touch is a different story, and we may look at it for that.
