iPod couch to 5k - listen to my music while running app / podcasts

    I'm looking for an app or podcast or something for couch to 5k that will allow me to play my own music on my iPod and just interrupt when the programme needs to kick in - any recommendations? Preferably free, but willing to pay if it's THAT good!:D

    That might work. I know android has a C25K app that you just start in the background and play your own music. This might be similar.

    so just want to check, this Ease into 5k - it can be used on the iPod......I don't have an iPhone!???

    Eh....... Not sure. Is it a new iPod that you can download apps to?? If so then yes , if not then I doubt it.
