Failed interviews - need help!

I have failed a lot of interviews since I have started job hunting in July, when I have finished college. The main reason why this happened is that whenever I have to give an answer quickly and effectively, I usually don't succeed in this.

The real problems lie in my lack of ability to speak confidently. I sometimes have to correct myself and I have been asked to explain something better during interviews. English is not my native language by the way.

I'm at a stage where I will have interviews for Job Bridge positions, so if I will fail them due to bad interviews, this will be disaster.

Is there any place where I can get advice on how to improve my interview skills and speak more effectively?

Is this difficulty due to the language, or so you think you would have this problem if interviewed in your own language? Also, have you gotten feedback from interviewers? I know this is not answering your question directly, but the ultimate answer will depend on whether it is a problem with language or with general interview skills such as nerves or stress.
