Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to 'speak' to a real person in customer support in EBay Ireland.

I've lost both user name & password and have spent hours on their web site and tried the 'forgot your user id etc..' but it's a total wast of time.
It tells me to re register if you cannott access the account but when i try i get the message 'this email is already registered'...

Total nightmare......any suggestions please.

Good luck. From experience, they have the absolute worst customer service ever. Closely followed by Paypal.

I've not been able to use my ebay account for 3 years. My password gets instantly revoked as soon as I log in (even after a reset/change password). They point blank refuse to help stating that they believe I am 'accessing the account without authorisation of the account owner'.

I don't think they have phone support. You just have to use their help support site to submit a ticket.
