    do any of you boys ever bet on the 1.01 - 1.05 odds that arrive towards the end of matches - for stuff like >2.5 goals, ht and full time correct scores/winners etc etc.

    Laid €50 at evens or 2.0 on Betfair, so risked 50 to win 50 in this case

    I usually enter a price on the lay market and then let the market reach that price, so if it the score changes before the price is reached, the bet is cancelled

    What's the story on getting told you won a bet, when you didn't.

    I didn't get to see the Portugal/Czech match, so went onto PP, clicked into My Bets and it said 'Win' beside my bet on Portugal 2-1.

    Is that common?

    if you got paid out on the win withdraw as fast as you can

    It never paid out at all. Just said 'win' on the face of it. No money went into my PP account.

    I've emailed them. I realise I didn't win, but that's a ****ing disgrace for them to accidentally tell someone they've won €100.
