And even if they lose, it is not over yet. But then they have to hope Germany does them a favour by beating Denmark.
And Germans dont do favours if it means they can eliminate Holland.

Yep that would be my thoughts exactly. For that reason I don't think a draw will be a bad result for Netherlands. If they draw then any victory over Pottugal will do. The imponderable is what Germany will do against Denmark those old enough will remember their WC game against Austria !

Incorrect, the positions in the group are decided firstly by results between teams if they are level on points. Not goal difference.

Since Denmark beat them already, if Holland lose they're out.
