Problem with R4 card from ndsmemorycards.com

Bought 3 R4 3DS cards from this company before Christmas. As I didn't plan to use them until after Christmas, only started to set them up this week. 2 cards are identical and are used on DSLite. One of these works perfectly, the other doesn't work at all eventhough have set them both up exactly the same. The problem card cannot even be read in the DS consoles.
Have emailed the company twice about this issue and tried to call them and get no repsonse: http://ndsmemorycards.com/
    Any ideas?

If you've paid through PayPal try raise a dispute on the transaction this will get their attention and you should be able to recover your money on the non-working units.

Yhanks, that worked in terms of getting their attention, they've been in contact and are going to replace non-working cards. I have another problem related to one of the cards which is still outstanding, i'm updating my post http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056521311 so if you've any advice to give on that I appreciate it.
