From a different machine you could create a bootable USB stick with an anti virus scanner on it.

Boot your machine from it and run the scanner.

I find Yumi from pendrivelinux very good. There is a windows version. It can create a multi-boot system and has a comprehensive list of distro's/ tools to choose from. If you have a large USB stick you can create a set of extremely useful tools

I have used the Kapersky Rescue Disk to clean up several friends machines.

In your case I would just put Kapersky on it and clean your machine. You can always add other tools at a later date.

I cleaned this on a Vista machine yesterday. I used the instructions here. The machine had MSE on it, what antivirus software is on your machine?

After the malware was removed, I also had to apply the .EXE file assocation fix from here.
