    No I don't,but I'm looking for the same answer:D

I'm pretty new to running, and have been looking at barefoot running shoes.
All my running is done on forestry roads so some sections can be uneven or rocky,so I was wondering if they give much protection when running on rocks(they rocks would be roughly the size of a fist)?

I've got them, bought about 6 months ago. I bought into the barefoot thing after hip surgery and reading Born to Run. I've done the chi running too and it has all helped. I'm not a runner but do a few 10ks and half marathons I have had no injuries.

I swear by them and now try to wear them as much as possible day to day.

Dont order them online without trying the fit first (millets). The sizes can be a bit askew, but i'm an 11 and the 11 fit fine. There was a bit of tightness around the middle toes but it went after after they were broken in.

Use them for the gym on leg days, and all good. Do a few trail runs and the grip and fit are great.

If you are planning on running in them,i would advise calf stretches on a daily basis for a fortnight beforehand. As there is no heel support (obviously) they will encourage you to run more on your forefoot, which is more taxing on the calves at first.

Mine still look new, so they wear well, and its best to wash them regularly as they are light and can smell.
