New track in Corkagh Park

Does anyone have any info on what the new fenced off area in Corkagh Park up beside the camp site is? I was up there today and saw a load of people with their dogs, but there's a tarmacced track inside it too that people have been using for skating and biking. I've looked on South Dublin County Council's website and can't…

It's a purpose-built cycle track:

Therefore not for dog-walking, skating, etc... A 300 acre park and people still have to enter the fenced off cycle track to go for a walk
