This is the one that is 10x10x60% with 1 minute rest between sets?

I've done it in the past on squats but think I used more like 50%, 40% would still be a tough workout.

It's different is the best I can tell you - not sure it helps for 1rm's etc.

    Its a bodybuilding programme.

If you've got the time to complete 10 x 10 on each exercise then shoot!

you don't do 10x10 on each exercise at all.

here is my experience with it if it is of any interest to you:

you only do 10x10 on some of the exercises.

I was happy with the results - I defo saw improvements in muscle size. doubt I was any stronger after it thought

Wersal, perhaps you could update your thread since you said you still had a few weeks of the program left last time you posted.

OP, I'd recommend having a reasonable level of conditioning before starting or you might have trouble completing the leg days. I just completed the first phase of this version. I put on 1.5kg which certainly isn't spectacular, but if I can manage gains like that for every month I run it, I'll be happy.

This week I've gone back to my usual strength routine and found my squat 5RM has gone up 2.5kg. This is a smaller gain than I'd expect if I'd done a month of strength training, but I wasn't expecting any gains at all so I'm quite pleased overall. Grinding out reps is a lot more tolerable now too having done 10x10 with short rests.
