Bilberry supplements question (general extract/ratio advice)

    Hey all - bought Bilberry Fruit Extract from H&B but I am confused by the dosage. It says BilBerry Extract as 375mg, recommended 1-2 tablets 2-3 time daily. Now BilBerry is toxic at something above 400mg/day.

    Underneath the main dosage though it says "Each capsule contains BilBerry Extract 375mg (from 37.5mg of 10:1 extract). Does this actually mean each capsule is really only 37.5mg (of BilBerry)?
