When I exercise walk/run my hip often gets sore. Can bad hips be hereditary? My dad had arthritis in his lower back and hips and had both hips replaced. I'm only 29 but the discomfort is starting to bother me. Should I go to a physio? Can you make an appointment or do you need to be referred from a GP?

Make an appointment with a Physio. Where are you so people can recommend someone.
