    Wondering if anyone can advise where I could find a reasonably price 1-on-1 personal trainer. I am based in North Dublin and ideally a day time spot would be ideal.

    Also Dee Lynch is a full time trainer and works around city centre and north city and parts of the southside.

    I wonder if anyone can advise a very unfit person on a one to one personal trainer in the Balbriggan area. Do not want it to be anything other than one to one.
