Long story short, ordered some protein as it was buy one, get one half price, they sent wrong stuff and I have to return it. Has anyone any experience with returns to the company because they are absolutely rubbish at replying to emails. I phoned, got through and had to take photo's of the wrong delivery and send it in an email to no reply again.

Probably let it go to Monday to see where they are with it as there is no rush, was just curious to know if anyone else has encountered problems getting in touch with them?

From reading UK forums, their customer service is awful.

I ordered from them recently and the order was "processing" for a few days... usually it'd be shipped within a day or two.. so I sent a "ticket" through their "helpdesk".. they replied within a few hours.. order had shipped , they just never updated my account history

I had no problem with them replying anyway

i''ve had issues recently with them too. The only way I could get a response was via their facebook wall.

The order was for a few things but basically instead of Vanilla Impact Whey, 2.5kg, they sent me a kilo of Dextrose, first time I've ever had any prob with them, although they seem quite active on twitter, that might be the best place to hit them.

Whats the exact time frame of when you contacted them?

They can take a day or two to respond.

Got the delivery last friday, didnt get home to late on friday though so sent an email then, figured nobody would get to it by Monday anyway - No reply by Wednesday, so rang up, got talking to someone and they were 100% and sent me an email straight after I hung up the phone saying I had to take photo of the Dextrose and send it back within 48 hours, since then heard nothing.

It not a big problem, but not replying to emails pisses me off :D

If you go on UK-Muscle, there is a forum sponser section. You could ask MP's reps for help in their forum section

You had to send them a picture:confused:, ah... ok... did they also ask you to hold a current newspaper with it too?

I just got my 2nd order from them, was hoping to continue the relationship. Hope it goes well with you.

Lol not quite, I took a picture of the actual pouch, then a picture of the label with the batch and manufacturing codes, since it was only made on 29/11/11 I figure its just got mixed up over hols or whatever.

Got it sorted now anyway, they were back in touch today so thats that problem sorted anyway.

I've been ordering with them for best part of 2/3 years, this is the only problem I had - If you could even call it that, I wouldn't let this put you off them at all.

Bulk powders are much cheaper usually for irish customers

Can't really help other than to say I got some completely tasteless powder from them before. I mailed to complain and after a slow initial response, they apologised and sent the largest flavouring pack they do ( about €16 worth, express delivery ) with no questions. I was impressed I must admit, and I am normally a cynical bo11ix
