    ok, ok, here it is
    there were no T&C's. verbal or otherwise.

    DEI state fees should be returned whether place is not offered, offered but not accepted. Legislation is currently being put in place so these fees cannot be demanded prior to an application.


    Result for me...refunded in full because I was entitled to be!

    thanks for posting this, our secondary school wont accept your enrolment application with out paying money upfront, they then say they wont refund the money, even if you are refused
