What foods rich in anti-oxidants would people recommend throwing in the blender? I want to start taking them consistently but the stuff I've found in the shops is outrageously expensive!

Spinach, blueberries, banana, the linseed and goji berry mix from Aldi, plus some nut butter and some soy or rice milk. Loads of anti-os and it doesn't break the bank. You can leave out the blueberries if you can't find them on special.

Google spinach smoothie for a bunch more options.

If you're cooking meat, fry some onion, a few cloves of garlic, and ginger, with it (use plenty poly-unsat oil)
Obviously chop or crush them first.

All of them (especially the garlic), are very rich in anti-oxidants.

Anti-oxidants are brightly coloured,so to get a full range of different anti-oxidants go for strong colours on fruit and veg. Deep red tomatoes, bright orange peppers, dark green spinach, ruby red berries etc. When the colour starts to fade after a few days in the fridge or over cooking, you know the nutrients are lost.

All of the above. If you are male I would avoid soy in general though. It contains phytoestrogens which you dont want to be consuming a lot of.
