    Hey guys,

I've since changed around my training routine due to cut in working hours. I do my training session in the afternoon now.. Was home from the gym at 6pm and had my dinner, rested for awhile and went for a 5km run at 8.15pm.. Any suggestions on whether I should eat something after this or not? Finding myself quiet hungry now :/
    Thanks, L :)

snacking on nuts, seeds or fruit isn't gonna add any bad fats to your diet a banana is good to eat after a run , if your not drinking enough water you can feel hungry. but mostly try keep to eating small healthy meals often. and maybe if you cant get your meals in you could try a protein shake..
