I've cut out grains from my diet for the most part about 4 months ago and want to get some tests done to see how I'm fairing. I was thinking blood glucose and full lipid cholesterol tests. Is there any other tests that anyone thinks would be useful?

You can get your fasting blood glucose levels checked for sure but why don't you get your own Blood Glucose analyser and test your blood sugar levels yourself?

Would think your Vitamin D status would be pretty important to find out?

Would you have any recommendations of good websites to order home testing kits from?

You can get a blood glucose meter plus strips in any pharmacy.

Why not go to your GP for a health check up?? Ask for everything to be checked out

What would the doctor check? Where would you go for a full health check?
