Hi, just looking for advice for routine. I decided not to renew my gym membership this year and invested in an ez curl bar so I can start working out at home. I was used to doing 5/6 day split on machines, working upper body, arms & shoulders and lower body so I'm trying to incorporate a similar system with what I've got here. In total the bar fully loaded weighs 15 kg and I'm used to lifting a little bit more than that but I'm still finding it ok to work with as it's fairly versatile.

I'm just messing about with what I have and so far I've mixed 6 x 10 sets of squats with 3 x 10 bicep curls and 3 x 10 upright rows (1 set of squats - 1 set of curls - 1 set of squats - 1 set of rows etc) Is it ok to do it this way or should I just do straight sets and not mix them up?

If I lay on the floor I can do a couple of sets of shoulder press and chest press and tricep extension too which were nice and figured I can do similar to reverse lat pull down with the bar behind my head. Any other things I can do with this bar that I can work into a routine?

I'm going this alone for the first time and could do with some help. Thanks

edit: forgot most important question. I'm sort of stuck on what to do with legs and abs as I no longer have access to leg press or leg extensions though I've done a few sit ups/crunches gripping the discs. Suggestions?
