Whilst showering the other day, i noticed a small lump down below. On closer inspection, i noticed its on my scrotum. Its very small and doesnt seen to be causing me any bother(itching or pain etc). Im a healthy male, 35 years old.. Is this any cause for concern? As men of my age seem to get testicular cancer more than any other age..Cheers

You going to have to see your GP about this OP I'm afraid.

Go get it checked out man.
Go see a GP, you'll prob be sent for an ultrasound on it then.
Treat it like your own NCT.
