GSD on Student A/C ?

    Hi all.

    Never posted in Biz before so bear with me.

    I was wondering if Gov. Stamp Duty has always been charged on student bank accounts? I understood it to be that current accounts w/credit card are charged with GSD but not debit cards/student accounts. Suddenly I've been charged with GSD.

    Anyone?
