looking for some tips on some nice foods that are low in carbs especially simple carbs.

im basically trying to shift some very stubborn body fat for the past 2 months, im currently 11.2 looking to really get in and between the 7 to 10 range.

my diet is clean and high in protein but i feel im getting a bit too many carbs in the evening time which i think is hindering my progress.

just looking for some good ideas on low carb dinners/foods etc?

iv got my eggs, cheese etc but i really need more options there's only so many omelets/eggs etc my stomach can handle in a week:D.

the exercise issue is not a problem, its down to my diet that will get me where i want to go in a lower body fat percentage.

    cheers

What's your consumption of vegetables like?

chicken stir fry loaded with veggies (no noodles or whatever) and spices is one of my favourites
    chicken & broccoli bake?
    few steaks or homemade burgers
    more veggies

tbh not very good, i eat a lot of fruit and nuts but not so much on the veg front... maybe 2 to 3 portions a week , im really not a big veg man.:)

stir fry is a good call, i know a lot of lean meats are low in carbs but what i really want is something to give them a bit of flavor instead of a load of sauce thats packed with simple carbs.

il have to improve my veg intake big time though:)

buy a load of spices in the shops and experiment a bit - curry type ones for example. tumeric, corriander, cumin, cinnamon, ginger together
if you want to turn it into a thicker sauce you can use tomato puree and/or natural yogurt as a base
it'll make the veg taste nicer as well ;)

Curries aid weight loss too, they increase your metabolism!
