    Hi,

What are people thoughts are mixing Weights and Cardio training?
For example a routine of a 5 bike warm-up including stretches then 40 minutes weight training finished off with 10/15 minutes cross-trainer or rowing.

I have read and been told different things about mixing the two.
Any thoughts/suggestions on whether it is good to mixed the two i.e. weight and cardio training?

yeah fine, whatever you want to concentrate on you should do first though. I'd do weights first before cardio though because you don't want to be shattered while lifting heavy objects!
