Does anyone know where you can pay as you go to soin classes in North Dublin rather then committing to a gym contract? Also I was thinking of incorporating spin interval training at home by getting one of the below bikes. Any opinion on this would be appreciated.

Where in north Dublin are you? The council gyms do payg classes such as in ballymun and finglas. Also, I would say that you are never going to go at the same intensity as you would in a class as you don't have the same motivating factors. Just an opinion though!
