Public Running Tracks in South Dublin

Since UCD is gone I don't know of any others. Does anyone know of a public track that you could just turn up and use? I want to do some sprit work and I want to do it on a track surface as opposed grass.

I think you will need to ring and make sure the track is free and there is a charge - 5 or 10 per person (can't remember)

theres a grit track in Eamon Ceannt Park in Kimmage/Crumlin.

A/R/T forum would prob be a better palce to ask..

Really like irishtown stadium, it was a 5er a head when we used to do track work there for rugby. nice changing rooms too although parking can be an issue because of 5 aside football and tag rugby

I am not sure if its any use, sometimes it has lanes painted on it for race days, but they wash away. Most people are jogging on the cycletrack/walkways.
