Any Tae Bo classes in Dublin?

    Hi

    I've just returned to live in Dublin after 6 years in London and I'm trying to find out if there are any Tae Bo classes here. Does anyone know if there are any?

    Couldn't find any through Google but I'm hoping there might be some and the info is not online... Saw some previous threads about Tae Bo but they're all pretty old.

    The YMCA on aungier st used to do it, have a look there.
    The Carlisle gym has it too, but for members.

    Thanks. These ones seem to have Khai Bo but not Tae Bo... maybe I'll try that...

    asfaik they're the same thing, prob cos Billy Blanks (is that his name?) trademarked Tae Bo
