The New Year Detox..

    Ok, I know some have already said that your liver will detox itself if you just give it a break from the alcohol.. but the only advice I have heard is to drink more water and eat more fruit and veg. So my questions are:

    Does hot lemon and water work? and how?
    Is it better to only have a little carb, such as porridge, or give them up altogether so that ketosis will take place?
    Is a dairy free diet reccomended for a week detox?
    Is it healthy to totally give up red meat?
    Has any one any tips that have helped break sugar/ carb cravings?
