East Coast Barbell which is now located in http://ironsidegym.ie/ in Blackrock is your best bet.Not sure if Crossfit in Sandyford do Olympic Lifting Classes on their own anymore?

East coast barbell in blackrock is probably the best bet as a coach is present for more time than the other gyms

Hercules club on lurgan street, nobody "works" there if you know what I mean, two coaches operate in there but you'll have to have an arrangement with them. There's usually someone on the platforms too so if you want any advice just ask whoever's on there as people are approachable in there. I'll probably give you terrible advice which is likely to lead to death so caveat emptor and all that.

Morton stadium in santry has great equipment, a coach operates from there there but I think he's in there "to order" as it were.

You can also learn by yourself despite what the internet tells you, it'll take a lot longer than if you have a coach but it's rewarding.
