where is the nearest place to westport for go karting

    heading there for a stag. was wondering if there was anywhere we could go karting or if there is anything else to do for a stag. where all ready booked in for paintballing so looking for another activity

    There used to be one in castlebar but it closed down. Nearest one is Galway, about an hours drive away.

    Try

    1. excursion to Clare Island ( by sea from Roonagh )

    2. To Achill Island - hire a small bus from Cawleys - 40 mins down

    3. Climb Croagh Patrick - say 90 mins each way - need proper gear.

    4. If a sea-angling boat available - check with Tourist office - circuit of inner CLew Bay

    i think the paintballing is still open in westport
