90 & 15Well done mad m on the 400km mark. Some going
well done mad m, your a fair man to put in the metres.
overall i'd say we're looking at a possibility of 10 closing out the year with 100km swam which would be fair going.
i'm setting out my stall here anyway, 366km for the (leap) year to average 1km a day. i'm just about on target.
ps - all of ye with duck eggs in the last column, it's not going to get any warmer so get out there

Wasn't my best week with swimming, had severe stomach cramps, putting it down to swallowing some Liffey water last Saturday. But then again it could of been anything...will never know!0 -

Would be an idea if some of us met up after swim season is over, those who are a bit uneasy to make that first dip in open sea, the more experienced would be there as encouragement!0 -
