    Hi everyone,

I could really do with help and I'll try condense this story from three months to two paragraphs!

Right, firstly it's my boyfriend and all internet searches lead me to tw wrong answers - ovariancancer or appendicitis.

He was in hospital, about a month G said appendicitis, he went to hospital - St James' (I would not recommend) In for a week sent him home, out ft a week back in again for three - four.

They insisted it wasn't appendicitis etc, they did colonoscopy and endoscopy said he'd ulcers in stomch and intestine this took a few weeks, no dietician or nutritionist (though nurses said it was diet related - take aways etc) came along for a week he lost lots of weight, did scans, xrays etc - nothing.

(doctors were very condescending saying he was making it up from first time he went in and they also starved him for over 12 hours numerous times only t have scans cancelled etc and when he was allowed eat he couldn't because he was in so much pain)

So we're into 4th week, he's taking things for ulcers yada yada, no sign of dietician so we don't know what is causing these 3 days debilitating spasms! going fr a laporoscopy , at this stage he is 27 years old, 6 foot 3 weighing 73kg.

He goes for laporocopy - comesback without appendix and apparently has no ulcers or tears in stomach lining despite treating him for them.

He was a little better but the pains have come back and last days, he has returned to GP about three times since hospital, he got a kidney infection from colonoscopy and then apparently a post operative infection!

Now we're trying a recommended GP but has been closed ages over Christmas but I'm not so optimistic considering all what has happened.

He's just started a new job and aleady can't go, only thing that seems to ease pain is cranberry juice, painkillers mostly don't work some make him nauseous. We've been keeping an eye on food nothing seems to do anything except maybe chilli or curry makes it worse so obviously avoidng all that and anything that is not bland

    Can anyone help?!!

    Please!!

    Thank you

Sorry OP, absolutely no medical advice of that nature can be given on the forum.
