Pain after weights session

    Hey lads,

Hope everyone is well and enjoyed the holidays :) I've being doing weights for the last 3 years. Now recently within the last 6-8 weeks I've been getting pains in my hips after workouts. I have increased the intensity slightly with decresing rest times and slightly increasing the weight. My form is pretty good though to be fair when doing things like bicep curls, hammer curls I do tend to sway from side to side when eeking out the last few reps. Also I do tend to do a few sets laying down or in a seated position so would these factors cause the hip pain? I'll prob head to the physio next wek if it does continue. Anyone here experience something similiar?

    Thanks lads!! :)

    Pete

I have and would recommend just going to physio/professional (which is what you're going to be told anyway probably before I finish typing this). Good to get a run through your body's mechanics now and then anyway, especially if you've been lifting for 3 years.
