    No thread?

Pressure on Arsenal now to win following Chelsea's result.

    Fulham line-up as:

    Stockdale
    Kelly --- Hangeland --- Senderos --- Riise
    Dembele --- Murphy --- Sidwell --- Ruiz
    Dempsey
    Zamora

Not too sure on their formation tbh.

    Arsenal line-up:
    Szczesney
    Djourou --- Mertesacker --- Koscienly --- Coquelin
    Walcott --- Song --- Arteta --- Ramsey --- Gervinho
    RvP

    Predicting a 2-2 draw.

I thought Zamora was injured the big plank.

Arsenal midfield very sloppy so far.

Gervinho misses another scoring opportunity. The ACN can't come quick enough.

I am so fúcking sick of Gervinho. He is absolutely useless.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭Marty McFly

Jesus if only Gervinho could finish that was a good opportunity. Got to give him credit for finding the space though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,154 ✭✭✭ImpossibleDuck

Summarising here but the commentator just said "Gervihno's finishing might be poor but his movement and footballing intelligence are outstanding"

    His footballing intelligence? LOL :pac:

Poor defending from Arsenal there, Zamora lucky not to connect with that cross.

Good game so far. Fulham look threatening.

There's nothing going down the left, does coquelin know how to overlap?

Arsenal giving the ball away far to easily.

If Gervinho could finish he would be world class. Unfortunately he can't and he is ****!

Absolutely dirt from Gervinho again.

I dunno. He isn't old but he's not young either and there is no difference between stickin the ball in the net no matter what league you play in. Hope I'm wrong tho

Absolutely beautiful football! Brilliant from Arsenal :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,311 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Brilliant double save and a bit of luck. I hope it doesn't stay this way, or that luck might transfer up the other end of the pitch.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,311 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Why was the ball stopped there and a free given to Fulham because it hit the ref?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,832 ✭✭✭✭Blatter

Laurent Koscielny has scored more goals than Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Robin van Persie combined in 2012.

I'm assuming play only continues if the opposing team aren't given an attacking opportunity?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,631 ✭✭✭✭Hank Scorpio

If Arsenal had better wingers they'd rip almost all teams a new one. Gervinhos and Walcotts final ball is brutal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭Marty McFly

Great game so far, Arsenal playing some great football. But Fulham looking dangerous when they do attack. One more Arsenal goal to settle my nerves please.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,315 ✭✭✭Big Knox

Jesus Le Tissier is as lazy a commentator as he was a footballer!! He's opened his mouth about 3 times!!

Good game so far, Arsenal are lively but can see a goal in Fulham just hope they can stay composed at the back!!
