'00 Ford Fiesta boot connections stuck/burned out

    Does any one know what the four connections in the boot of a fiesta are called?

    Someone said 'contact block' but I can't find that on ebay.

    The 4 connections have burned out and are stuck in the down position.

    Have NCT next week and want to order and replace the part asap.
