'00 Ford Fiesta boot connections stuck/burned out

Does any one know what the four connections in the boot of a fiesta are called? Someone said 'contact block' but I can't find that on ebay. The 4 connections have burned out and are stuck in the down position. Have NCT next week and want to order and replace the part asap. Thanks!

Hi,
I have the same problem, did you replace the plates and the pins? How did you disconnect the plates? It looks connected in an area that I can't get to. Any help would be greatly appreciated by my wallet as I would have to go to a mechanic.
