    Where in Galway are you located? Any reason you want it at home? Couple of trainers use their own house or have a private gym

    Hi

    I had personal trainer few years ago on Threadneedle road in Galway but went to his house for the sessions and did one or two runs outside, on prom etc. He asked that we go to his house, all equipment there and his laptop and all the rest!Unless you have your own equipment in your house.

    I've since moved to Sligo and now am looking for personal trainer in Sligo and finding it difficult especially to get recommendations from people.
    Is there a general website for personal trainers in West/North West of Ireland? Would love any recommendations!

    I am based on the north side of the city. I would like the trainer to come to my home, if possible, as I have the equipment in my house.

    GotBainne? do you have a gym membership at the moment? I have recently rejoined the nuig gym. If you ever fell like having a gym buddy give me a pm. I usually go in the mornings when working, but could go at different times when off. Its nice to have someone to chat to :)

    +1 for Pat, top guy. I know he is Barna based and setting up a few things but it might be a possibility.
    I have PM'd the OP with a few suggestions so hopefully they will find someone suitable
