    Hey all,

    I'm trying to figure out which cardio exercise to do on the day before and after I work on my legs in the gym?

    I tend to use the bike for all my cardio work, but on the days I do my legs, I don't want to be overdoing it, with the bike and weights? And after the leg day in the gym, would doing the bike again be a bad idea, as it would be giving my legs a fairly tough run?
