What is the best way to increase the size of my forearms? I'm fairly muscular and lift weights three times a week, I can't really do wrist curls as my wrists hurt badly when I do them.

Hi rep deadlifts, Kettlebell swings, farmers carries, pull ups, power cleans. All of these lifts have really worked/challenged my grip/forearms in particular hi rep DLs and KB swings and you get other benefits from the lifts as well! They are le sh@t! Obviously if you're not familiar with these lifts get some instruction on them.

+1 Heavy farmers and axle curls/ rope kettlebell curls have made a big difference for me.
