Finish building that bloody bunker! I got away with it on 31/12/99 but I've got a funny feeling about 21/12/12.

I've a list as long as my arm, some I will probably keep, others I'll have probably broken by lunchtime tomorrow. Some are quite general, others quite personal. However, two oneone which I am definitely sticking to is:

To continue to lose weight - I've lost quite a bit recently, but feel that I am now at a standstill with it. Therefore, come 9th January I am joining a gym. Feel I need to kick start it again. I'd also love to participate in the mini-marathon - alway something I've wanted to do, so feel that if I join the gym, in addition to the other excercise I've been doing, I'll hopefully give it a good shot come September.

    How far is a mini-marathon?

Very cool goal and congrats on your weight loss.

So much went wrong in 2011 that I pretty much have to put my whole life back together.

So much to fix I don't know where to start.

Start small and don't give up. '11 was the year when things turned around for me - well, the second half of '11, anyway.

To quit being a miserable git about everything, to enjoy the small things and have appreciation for what I have regardless of what the year may throw at me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,034 ✭✭✭Ficheall

The usual; get fit, eat less ****e, have more sex etc, but more importantly:
    • Finish the PhD.
    • Either get a job abroad or buy a boat
    • Get to Katy Perry before Agent Smith does. Christ only knows where he's been...
Aside from those few small details I shall endeavour to continue being as awesome as I am.

Fair play to ya keep it up :)! You're flying it! my own ambition is to keep up with the weight training while keeping the 34 inch waist and below 12% body fat Christmas was a disaster tbh gained about a stone and haven't trained at all, however I'll give myself a day off tomorrow (with good reason :D) and start from scratch Monday. Hoping for good results in the immediate future.
