Decent bench. Wonder will it be 4-4-2 or 4-3-3.

If it's 4-3-3 I am cool with that team but if we line-up in a 4-4-2 with Henderson right I will cry!

Glad to see Bellamy starting, no other option I know. Sick of seeing him coming into the games too late. He's well about to destroy defenses early on.

What to recon Carroll's chances of scoring tonight. He should get on. Will be well up for it.

Adam needs to show up tonight looking at that midfield .

He always plays better as part of a three imo. I am actually delighted with that team if we line-up something like below.

    Carroll
    Bellamy
    Downing
    Adam Henderson

    Spearing
    Enrique----Agger----Skrtel----Johnson
    Reina

Well hes been playing with just Henderson recently presumably it will be easier for him tonight. Hes been awful the last three games though.

Demba ba is the most prolific striker ever in the premiership statistically by minutes to goals.

    thats mental.

Should be a decent game alright, can see Newcastle taking away 3 points.

Joe Cole and Jamie Redknapp in the studio for Sky Sports. You can just smell the intelligence.

Are there any top class CF available that you think would sell for less than £30m to put away some of these chances?

    higuain from real?
    saldado?

how much do you think kenny has to spend on a striker?

what is the resale value of carroll?

Torres was 4th or 5th as well I think, have a feeling he would of been 1st or 2nd at some stage.

Does anyone know what has become of Alan Smith, is he not even good enough to make the bench these days?

Hes just chilling collecting his wages every week these days. Contracts up in the summer.

I'd just like to take this chance to congratulate Krul on his MOTM performance tonight.

    Reckon it'll be a draw, 1-1.

Surely one of these games we have to put away a few of the million chances we've created? Hopefully will be tonight, but probably not :(

3-1 to Liverpool, an early goal to get the ball rolling.

(Fingers crossed for an epic 4-3)

Liverpool to hit the bar on numerous occasions, Krul to play out of his skin and Newcastle to win by getting a goal on the break in the last 10 minutes.

That would be all kinds of fun!

Ba to score first and Newcastle win 0-1 is 80-1 on PP, worth throwing a euro on ;)

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

This might be construed as partially racist but the two Ameobis look like the generic player face in Fifa :/

has looked miles off the pace any time he has played, hence he doesn't.

Pretty sure he came on as a sub recently. Don't think he's ever scored for Newcastle

Maxi has scored 9 in his last 9 PL games so makes sense to leave him out!

Fitness reason I think. Kenny said something along the lines of "We can't play Maxi every game but when we can he always comes in and plays fantastic"
