I am about to upgrade Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate.
I installed Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and it recommended uninstalling iTunes before the upgrade and reinstalling afterwards.

I have an iPod Touch 4gen. If I do uninstall it, will I lose my apps and other settings?

Ignore the warning and upgrade, before you try opening itunes in win7 go to apple online and download and run the newest version of itunes.

I have the latest version of iTunes - v10.5.2.11.
Some sites mention deauthorising the computer and reauthorising after upgrade.
