Morning workout & what to eat before and after

    Hey

    I've searched for advice on this but as most is workout specific I figured I may aswell just start a thread.

    Anyway I'd just like some solid tips on what to eat before and after this workout and how long to eat before and after.

    I do my workout at home at around 7am which consists of:

    Bench press - 3x12
    Squat - 3x12
    Seated Dumbell Press - 3x12
    Bent over barbell row - 3x12
    Lying leg curl - 3x15
    Barbell Curl - 3x12
    Tricep Press - 3x12
    Ab Crunches 5x12

    Followed by a 30 minute light jog.

    I'd do this workout 3 times a week with more intense cardio between workout days, resting on saturday and sunday.

    Usually I'd eat a banana and a 1/2 slice of bread/pita beforehand, and 2/3 egg whites 1 yolk on toast afterwards.

    I'm 24, 6'2 80kg.

    Also if you think I should add/change anything in the workout please let me know.

    Goal is strength & lean defined look rather than bulking.
