    Hey all

I have being exercising and eating right over the last 2 and half months
and lost 20kg, and now i am down to 99kg(weight yesterday morn)

Yesterday evening i finally gave in to xmas temptation ate loads choc and
got take away, tho my stomach is in bits today i really cant see myself doing it again!

I dont really feel bad about it cause its xmas and i know it was a one night kinda thing

I weighed myself this morn to see the damage to scare myself not to do the dog again but i was 99.5 but thats only an increase of 0.5 of a kg that seems very small for a bit of a binge?

Either way i am back on the right track today :)

Well hopefully your binge has eased the cravings you may have had and the fact that your tummy is in bits after it may help you avoid the binge in the long run.

congrats on the 20kg loss thats great going!
