How is everyone getting on with healthy eating over Xmas?

I've sneaked in the odd Celebrations (Snickers!) but aside from that have stuck to the diet 100%! However haven't been able to get out of the house to go walking every day- it's so cold out, so I've saved some Youtube videos for exercises to do at home!
Thinking I might let loose a little tomorrow though, just for the one day. I only have a few more lb to lose so don't want to ruin it!

I'm planning on eating like a horse today and Christmas day, maybe Stephen's day. Then back to normal.

I'm kinda sick at the moment but I plan on eating like a horse on christmas day and stephen's day.

Can't beat xmas dinner and its only 2 days out of a year.

I went a wee bit overboard with the grub but I have gotten out for a bit of exercise and have stuck to my gym training so I'm not too bad....

Trying to keep a handle on the pints over the Christmas is a serious undertaking but I did treat myself to a few guiness Christmas eve and I'll do the same this sat. It tastes all the sweeter after abstaining all week:)

We're lucky that New Years Eve is on a Sat so we have a full day to recover before hitting the gym/get back to nailing the nutrition on Monday. Hopefully we'll all still be standing by then!!

ate freely on sweets, jellys, deserts beers etc. for the last 4 days.

    However:
    - 23 Dec... Run 11k
    - 24 Dec... Run 8k + Went to GYM
    - 25 Dec... Run 8k
    - 26 Dec... Run 8k

So hopefully all the grub is partially offset.

Back to the grind tomorrow though on the food side
