    I work 365 days a year.. but love the job I do, so I am not complaining, although I'd love to have a day off every now and then..

    I wouldn't have rang. I'd have assumed they're closed. But fair play to the workers doing that job today. Frustrated members of the public is not how I'd want to spend xmas day.
