    Cheers Barry.

Our gym is based in Midleton, which is only 20-30 minutes from Carrigaline, but can be a bit of a hassle getting there. Well worth the trip down imo though :D
We have a nice tidy weights area, platform, squat rack, plenty dumbells/plates, and my favourite the Concept 2 rower.
As well as that, there's 120sq/m of matted space, with punch bags, bucketloads of kettlebells, gymnastic rings, TRX, ViPR (one of the few gyms in the country with these I believe), tyres etc etc.....all you need.

We put our own daily workouts on the board in the gym, but folks are more than welcome to come in and follow the Crossfit WODs as well.

@MondaysChild - I haven't heard of crossfit opening down in Carrigaline, but there's one not too far from you anyway if you're living down that way. www.crossfitcork.com are based in Togher, which is still a bit away but what do you do.

That took me about 5 minutes to get the "Train station" play on words!!! Sloooow day! :(

http://crossfitcarrigaline.ie/ Looks like a brand new site so was possibly not up when you looked OP

I don't really know anything about either facilities, but going on value & experience (seen as they're open longer, I know nothing of the staff) I'd be going for the Train station!

Hi mondays child...yes its true...We are opening for business in the first week of January! You can pm me to arrange a free intro or for more information.

Midleton Thai...haven't been over to your gym before but might pop over to say hello in New Year. You seem similar to us in methodology. Yeah, guys in CrossFit Cork are good too.

Burkatron...thanks. The site is brand spanking new and actually not yet finished...I am quite experienced at this stage, over 8 years. Come down to us and give us a try!
