do you need documentaion/ vat number etc

hi,

I am wondering what, if any, documentation you wold need if you planned to sell organic veg to restaurants?

would you simply have to be set up as a business so you can bill them etc,

are there any criteria a person needs to meet to be an organic veg producer or can anyone do it?

As far as I know you need to be organic for two years and certified as so to claim organic produce. see here:
