    ive been workin out for 2 years and now am not exactly big but ive good shoulders, chest and legs where i wanna look good, i have a ripped physique now but i gained a gut in those 2 years and i want it gone. i dont care bout havin a 6 pack now just wanna get back to being the skinny abbed 16 yr old i was

    im not fat just have little fat on my belly, like a small beer gut..

    If you have the budget you can consider having plastic surgery on that gut of yours

    Seriously?

    OP its really hard to target a specific area, keep doing what your doing and maybe start working in a small kcal deficit for the next few weeks and it should help.
    Assuming suitable diet and training plan of course.

    You can not get your look of your early age but you surely can reduce you belly.First of all avoid eating fatty food & stay away from smoke & alcohol.Go on doing abs regularly,within two months you will get into the shape.

    Cut down on your carb intake, especially foods with grains and gluten. Google 'Primal diet' and 'paleo diet' and try a few recipes. If you stick to it pretty well and make some decent changes, you'll feel flatter and less bloaty around 7-10 days in.

    focus 100% on the kitchen, i.e. what you eat
    90% of the effect is from food
    so even if you don't exercise, that's fine, you can very much still lose as much fat as you want just by eating the correct foods/calories

    P.S. don't overdo meaning don't have too big of a daily deficit in calories because the body will start eating into the muscle. start with a decent deficit and if the weight is not going down add another 100 to daily burning. check and repeat. long term.

    Smoking ciggarettes can help surpress the apatite imo but it also slows down you metabolism
