upc outgoing server address for email

    i have email on my laptop and i am trying to create same email address on my ipad but the ipad is rejecting the UPC outgoing server address that is working fine on my laptop

    its smtp.upcmail.ie

    i dont understsand why the ipad is rejecting this as its right beside my laptop that is working
    would really appreciate any suggestions
